• Orders can only be placed online through our website, email and phone.
  
• Most items on this site are custom made orders. Items are made once the orders are placed. There is a strict 'no exchange' and 'no refunds' policy on custom made items. Please check the size and colour before placing your order.
  
• Earrings and Hair accessories are non-refundable and can not be exchanged due to health and hygiene reasons.
  
• For standard day deliveries, a delivery charge of £3.95 will be payable at time of placing order. For nominated day deliveries a delivery charge of £7.25 will be payable at time of placing order.
  
• We shall notify you if we have to cancel your order for any reason e.g. non custom made items are sold out or if the customised colours are not available.
  
• All goods are thoroughly checked before despatch. However in case of unforeseen fault or damage, please notify us by email within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We take all faults seriously and we will try our very best to rectify the problem as quick as we can.
  
• Accessories which are not custom made and do not comply with the health and hygiene policy will be eligible for a refund or an exchange if the product is returned in the original packaging, unworn and undamaged. The delivery charge paid on original orders is non refundable.
  
• Items purchased at sale or discounted prices can not be refunded or exchanged.
  
• In order to receive a refund, please return the unwanted item(s) in its original packaging with proof of signed recorded delivery. We do not take responsibility for any items which are lost in the post. The customer will have to pay for their own returns.
  
• Items for standard delivery will be despatched within 3 to 5 working days once the order has been received. Certain styles may need adjusting according to customer preference. This could take an extra 5-10 working days before the order is despatched.
  
• Please be patient with your order as certain accessories are individually hand crafted and these too may take an extra 5-10 working days before despatch, depending on the design and style of the item.
  
• Once an order is placed online and payment has been processed orders can not be amended or cancelled.
  
• We endeavour to present the most recent, most accurate and most reliable information on the website. At times, human error may occur. In this case we will notify the customer as soon as we are aware of any errors with regard to pricing, colour, size or style.
  
• Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We will endeavour to process your order within the specified times mentioned above.
